I wouldnt be surprised if its Andersens agent angling for a new contract and put feelers out to fulham to bid so that palace speed up a new contract process.

I don't think Andersen would agitate for a move to Fulham, but if a major European club made an offer I think that would change. He stated in an interview last year he still has ambitions to play for a major club and at his age it probably has to happen within the next year.
