As far as I know every palace vs west ham and vice versa fixture over the last 3 years has been moved. Albeit that was most likely because west ham were playing in Europe. If chosen for TV, it's not big enough to be in the main slot on Saturday (17.30) or Sunday (16.30) so will be either one of those you've suggested or a FNF or MNF evening game.
