| The only criticism of this team is they can be a bit nice, a lot of other teams leave a foot in, time waste and look aggressive and manage to get away with it so why don’t we? Luka is a decent captain but we could do better.

Since you seem to insist he plays cheerleader as well as leading by example and showing passion (which he clearly does). Not only am I seething at the nonsense in this thread you’ve now made we have to go back through “highlights” to illustrate a point. Looks like he’s celebrating a well taken penalty to me

| I don't want to give an opinion on Luka - who is an exceptional player - as a Captain. It's hard to tell What I would say is we never properly replaced Jedi. We definitely need an enforcer, that has been clear for a couple of years. Sometimes it looks like that could be Sakho. But from where do we get the next Shaun Derry?

| The original post is harsh on Luka. Currently there is no one else suited for captaincy.

| We lost the game, because we didn’t want it as much as them. Jimmy Mac was awful as he has been most of the season. They had 2 chances which they took brilliantly, no complaints from me, Luka has been our most consistent performer in my eyes and I can’t see another suitable person to take the arm band...

Tactically they nullified us, conditions helped them for the 1st goal coupled with poor defending, 2nd was a great hit coupled again with suspect defending. Both managers knew exactly how the other team was going to play. Roy failed to grasp the initiative by changing up our formation. First goal was crucial, if we had scored first early on we might well of won. Even when we were level, giving Roy another chance to throw something different at them he didn't do this. Not sure that I have seen the Weed play any different this season so there is really no excuses for not being ready with a good game plan to take them on in this set up. Now the Udders will do exactly the same so we really need to be throwing something different at them.
