So here’s we go. It’s a typical home game. They are sitting deep, giving us possession, and daring us to break them down. Zaha is getting on the ball very deep so far, almost in his own half. We need Zaha in space in the final third but that is going to be very difficult for the first 60 minutes.

True, why do we need 3 defensive midfielders ? Cos once every few games MacArthur does something good in an attacking sense, but it’s rare. Roy starts Meyer in games where we will get little possession, then drops him for home games where he could actually make a difference.
