How about the brothers who manage Lincoln (and Braintree before) No experience of managing big names- but might be a good fit for Palace in the long term!

If you want to be a serious club you have to get a top manager. Big Sam and Roy fit that bill and we have to maintain that standard when Roy goes. I hope Roy is offered a job upstairs rather than losing him.
