He's a super lad...great character!
Nevertheless he has some technical issues that explain most of his errors.
I wonder if the way he shoots it isn't a defensive attitude develop after his injury's.
What I mean is when he plays the ball he turns his foot totally outside therefore letting the opposition reckons where he wants to play and been able to anticipate plus with that technique there's a limitted amount of pace he can apply in the ball.
Another aspect is when he needs to recover all his body attitude doesn't allows him to react properly.
Someone should work with him this issue just a humble suggestion.
In the end of the day he carries loads of charisma with him.
