Sad he has gone but surprised in honesty that he had not left a season or so ago. He was a hard worker and had his great moments but if he moves on so must Palace. We should be a young team and everyone leaves one day. Respect to him and good luck. I am confident there will be new heroes arriving soon.

No need his contract ended, I haven't seen him say how he enjoyed his time with us and was sorry to leave. The reality is, his legs couldn't let him play 90 mins in the Premier. No point us signing him on a 2 year contract on his wages. He will be able to excel in UAE league and be on big money.

The Club, like many other organisations these days, put stuff out on social media first as it's where a majority of people look these days (as opposed to websites).
