Erm woops. Sorry after re-reading, I totally agree with you. Puncheon had some really good games at no.10 and was ruined when pardew decided to make him a defensive midfielder. No worries mate. Agree never a defensive midfielder and surprised Allardyce persevered with the idea.

Puncheon has done more to keep us up than Cabaye ever did. Both played in strange positions by Pardew which hurt both.
