I wanted to buy on Palace club shop a Samsung Galaxy S4 case, 9,99 but when they charge you 18£ for postage then it is way out of line.

Evening Guntri.... STILL have'nt received my order, not impressed & wont be ordering anything else

Emailed them yesterday and asked them to track the parcel and let me know when I could expect delivery. Got a reply today to say that RM only class it as lost after 10 days, but that if it doesn't arrive tomorrow to get back to them and they will reprint and send another to me. Will keep you posted. Slightly less Grumpy Old Biddy
