WH is still a more experienced International keeper regardless of who they played. I am surprised at the depth of knowledge of Welsh keepers.
Who did SM play for against for France, I had never heard of him before.
The big question is, if he is so experienced etc, why is he only valued at £1.5m?

A tad harsh - major errors against Charlton and Villa; could have done better with the first Man City goal and a couple of free-kicks. Other than that he was sound and played about 40 games. To my knowledge, SM (your favourite player according to your profile which explains your attitude) has made one great save (against Liverpool having already stayed on his line for two 6 yard headers) - not my definition of 'plethora'.

Mandanda is being, in my opinion rightly, criticized for recent performances and mostly his showing against Burnley.

There is quite clearly a lack of confidence right now. In his first few games SM dominated his area, was vocal in telling defenders where to move to, plucked crosses out of the air and was also playing a sweeper roll.

In the last few games he has become glued to his line, leaves crosses to the defenders, is no longer vocal and his decision making has become poor.

If his confidence is badly shot - the coaching staff should know - then he needs to be replaced by Hennessy and get himself back up to speed mentally.

On balance I think Mandanda is a better keeper than Hennessy and less error prone but then that is a SM that is on top of his game and not the one we are presently watching.
