Call me a misanthrope (or a cantankerous old b******), but if on Saturday morning Luka felt recovered and well rested, then he wasn't making any sacrifice by playing. If, on the other hand, he felt tired and still a bit queasy, then he was being selfish and irresponsible by making himself available. Judging by his performance he felt perfectly all right.

| Jeez - really - I will call you a misanthrope because that is polite.

| You seem to have allowed your high regard for Luca - which I fully share - to leave you unwilling to accept a totally fair point. If we'd lost to Huddersfield and it emerged afterwards that one of our players had had little or no sleep and was in considerable discomfort with a tummy bug, that player would have been lambasted - quite rightly in my opinion. But we're all entitled to our own view.
