| According to the PriceofFootball podcast, that I listened to yesterday, we are awaiting approval from Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, and intend to start building next year. I don't know if there are any other obstacles to overcome.
I am not a bot. No, seriously, I'm not.

| I would have to see actual work starting before I have any belief this project is going anywhere.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

In no way am I saying I want this, but I can just imagine a club somewhere doing it... I only say this because the mls have these cosy seats, usually 2, that are pretty much pitch side, like on the turf infront of the advertising and it's usually two rich foreign exchange students watching, eating popcorn... I know I know... and the walk way/tunnel is behind the goal and a car is on show to win... it's f***ing bizaare to menthe nfl do it too - but obviously that's the way it's heading out there, would it transcend?
would never work - the illuminati wouldn't like being pelted with paper aeroplanes and bottles of p1ss by the plebs up top all game. Keep em up in the Gods please, they're not there to watch the footie anyway

If that's how they do it they may have to look at the plans again! Might need to make the lower tier a wee bit smaller after this current season ticket farce!

| ... it sometimes seems like every other club is happily redeveloping or having new stadia, Brentford being the latest, whilst we haven't moved forward since the mid 90s when the Holmesdale opened.

| I have said it before and will say it again. This development will never happen. Cost alone is madness. It is more than some clubs pay for a whole new ground. We clearly cannot afford this white elephant. Our only option I think remains to look for a brownfield site to redevelop. Maybe out of town. Difficult I accept but if we take a longer view not impossible.

Of course many will be upset about leaving Selhurst, me included, but if we get a well designed new stadium, why not. The issue of where is another matter
