A buy out clause means Palace have no choice but to accept. I believe Parish, quite rightly, says this gives all the power to the players

I think we may see Parish repeating the tactic he used for Zaha of offering Olise a very big pay rise for a new contract where any release clause is removed - or at least raised to a much bigger number Olise must be very happy at Palace with his performances, his manager, the direction the team is going in and great positive reviews
