How much did Zaha cost us? If we let his contract expire and he goes for free, all he cost us was that initial fee and his weekly wages. To be honest, he helped/kept us up a few times, excited the fans - he's been worth the money. It's wether moving forward, post this season, if he is worth it.

Newcastle have to get 5/6 players in, it will be demanded by the owners, it is a great opportunity for us to get rid of some players approaching the last year of their contracts, instead of the sitting on the bench next year and going free

Just a thought but according to the Meeja it was Parish that asked the rest of the PL not to sell any players to Newcastle due to the ownership issues. If that is the case Palace would look a bit silly if we sold them Wilf or others.

That is a VERY good point Badger…unless the PL clubs can conspire to only sell Newcastle their players who are actually not very good / over rated and at significantly inflated prices
