I apologize in advance, but I actually felt sorry for him feeling he had to fall on his sword after Holland were knocked out.

I know he did a lousy job for us, but when he took over from Koeman as manager of his National side I thought it may have suited him more than a league role. Holland were always a joy to watch - not any more.

Surely he's going to find it hard to continue working in football management. It'll be interesting to see what happens to him.
