I personally thought Ayew was MOTM Saturday, so would be harsh on him if he is dropped. Originally posted by Maine Eagle
Roy actually likes a 4-4-2 historically. He seems to have a major boner for Jordan Ayew though, so I have a sneaky feeling he will be one of a 2 up top for the time being, if we play 2 strikers.

Im sure we would all like to see a 2 striker formation but our strengths and Roys are defensive organisation and team shape . He now has the option of playing 2 strikers if we are chasing the game but Im sure he will continue with one striker to start .

Unfortunately, you just know the team will be: Guaita which is an ok team, however I’d like to see Batshuyai in there.

Taking into account Ayew's performance on Saturday I cant see Roy dropping him. I mean, again he had very little goal threat but Roy commented on how much work he does for the team again. Roys certainly loyal to his players so I just dont think he'll drop him off the back of that performance.
