Playing away from home at Chelsea after that might be stretching him a bit far. Wow to the lad though. His crossing isn't bad either. Being a winger helps.

The lad had a great game, but is he a right back, or just filling in because of our injuries, i think his natural position is going to be a lot more forward than right back, he is a very good prospect,

Very promising young player who performed with great aplomb and never looked fazed at all. Caught out of position at times but he is only a young inexperienced lad in only his second game and this aspect of his game will improve with coaching and further experience.Certainly very pacey and his fleet of foot got him out of trouble when needed. Great performance tonight and deserves the 9/10 from the croydon advertiser, trumping bentekes 8/10 and the rest on 7/10, didnt look out of place at all and gained in confidence as the game went on, cutting in nicely, definate starter for chelsea !

Extraordinary game from Obe Wan. He has the force in him. He may be a winger but his defensive game is plenty good enough and he adds something to us going forward. Let's hope he's on a long contract!

Thought he was promising but a bit shaky against Spurs, was fantastic last night though. The growth from game 1 to game 2 was pretty scary to see. So much confidence. He and PVA are really aggressive in the way they go for those interceptions and as a style it suits both of them.
Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |

Think we finally have got two full-backs with tempo and good knowledge in crossing the ball. Add Sakho with Tomkins in CD, Zaha and Ruben on - we're out of trouble!
