My gut says we was looking for a £15m forward all summer but couldn't get it a deal done. Most likely as no one wanted to play second fiddle to Benteke. For me there was to many rumours of forwards in that price range.. no smoke without fire.

Think the club would have spent the money if they could have landed the right player. Might be wrong just a hunch.
