Am I missing something? With both League cup winners, Man Utd and FA cup winners Chelsea/Arsenal all finishing in top 6 anyway what difference does Man Utd winning the Europa make? they cant qualify for Europa twice so surely the Europa spots go to 5th,6th,7th & 8th anyway?

If Man U finished 5th and won the Europa league than the 4th placed team no longer gets a CL place and drops in to the europa league
