It was a bad tackle and of course it came straight after we had made our last substitution. I was quite worried that 10 men wouldn't hold out for those last minutes, but then to see him come back on, swop with Campbell and play on as a hobbling centre forward while Campbell went back in defence was a mark of what the team has become - a real team playing like one where they all back each other up and show some bottle.

To be fair, watching Tompkins playing a number 9 was rather amusing. And fair play to Campbell, played well in the 10 or so when he was on. His play in the corner was great, 3 red shirts around him and made them really work. did his job. well done.
