My uncle is buried just outside arras in a tiny village called Montreuil Sur huille, went there a few years back to pay my respects, one of the most emotional things I've done as I'm probably the only member of the family to visit, Never met him but sure he was only a teenager difficult to establish his year of birth. God bless you George

I was in Arras a few years ago ,there is a bar , Le Celtic which is near the stn that shows Football round the clock though no chance of Arsenal v Palace though if there is a French league game on . Arras itself is a bit light on decent bars and the burger bar on the corner of the square is a good value feed if your not fine dining . Oh and don't drink the local cherry beer , its crap . Respects to Grandad
