Me to, but remember he scored a goal 36 years ago FFS. Some people on here let blind sentiment rule their mind, on another thread I s*** you not, there are still people who think he's the man for the job. I'm thinking about asking those people if I can verify there bank account details online including PIN number so I can access my Nigerian Princes fortune. Beggars belief. Cut losses pay him the 5 Million get someone else in rapid.

Considering the average tenure of a manager these days, any long-term deal is stupid - except when you think another club is going to take the manager and so have to pay compensation. People go on about Pardew's unwarranted self-confidence, but clearly Parish was just as convinced that AP was going on to bigger things.
