Beneteke desperately struggled to fit into Klopp's style so it's a no in terms of a like for like system. We do need to improve our fitness however, look at all the teams that we've struggled with and out worked us: Bournemouth (first half)

Klopp was trying to get them playing like this last season & even that squad wasn't fit/fast enough. If it takes a year for them to get there then we'd be looking for at least the same & that's a luxury we can't afford. Mmmm - we don't have the luxury of a points cushion do we.

Score loads and concede loads. Depends what you like to watch. Yes we probably should play like them , or barcelona or man city to name a few. Do we have the ability no. Do we have the money to buy players suited to those clubs. No. Discussion closed. Very easy to want what someone else has got. Liverpool at the time of writing are top of the league. Will they finish there though? They made two finals last year and lost both. They aren't in Europe this season. Not something to be overly excited about in my opinion Oh I don't know - a top ten finish would get me quite excited.

I think we should play more like this team: Especially with our record in the first half. They always came good in the 11th hour. I must admit I've never seen this. Must have flown me by as I watched Spot the Dog and Postman Pat and Fireman Sam with my daughter.

To play like Liverpool you need players who can pass the ball first-time, in tight situations, accurately. We don't have that many players who can pass the ball accurately even when they have space. So no. Could be a minor sticking point in the grand plan.

There was another show (not cartoon) about some lads who played football but I can't remember what it was called. The theme tune was Australia by the Manic Street Preachers but I have a feeling it was nothing to do with Australia.

We were way too fast out of the blocks in a disorganised gung ho manner and the same at the end. We need not be slow starting but not headstrong, a middle ground can be found. Renford Rejects. I found it. Another one I missed unfortunately. Googling it I did find this though, which is interesting. It also reminded me that I met Shaka Hislop with his family once over breakfast at a hotel that we happened to be staying at.

its almost scary how Firmino and Mane are gaining a good understanding of one another, those two are going to score lots of goals this campaign, with Coutinho supporting.

We're not good enough to go toe to toe with every team. Some games we should defend deep at first and play our way into the game. Some games we need to park the bus and counter attack. AP seems to want to play the 'liverpool way' every game and we just ain't good enough.
