Get too confident, too smarmy or obsequious or courting the England job or better jobs (Chelsea) when you're in a club that requires maximum focus and BANG, you're in a rut that competitors will keep you in because your eye is off the ball. Hopefully he'll learn a thing or two off The Parish. Note the Parish got the £2mil or more quietly and professionally off Pulis after TP broke contract agreements and I'm sure The Parish has learnt to be even more low key than he was.
