Today is the clearest example that Roy cannot motivate this team anymore. Burnley have very little quality. They don’t have much skill, pace or individual brilliance. They do have a good manager who drives standards and gets the best out of them. We have a pensioner who should have retired 2 years ago. Nobody looks bothered and most are playing well below the standard we know they can reach. We need to get rid now or avoid a relegation scrap because we will be 3-6 points at best from our last 12 fixtures which are brutal.
