That's a failing of our system as the PM or email telling you why you have received a yellow isn't from any particular individual and is why everyone seems to automatically assume it's me.

Although the rules state that a mod's decision is final I would suggest that anyone wanting theirs reviewed should email editor@holmesdale.net
