The worst thing about this game is how toothless we were, how bad Wolves were, yet Roy never made a move to capitalize on their weakness, and just rolled with a continuously toothless team. Was luck we scored, well taken by Ayew but he was offside. Wickham and Meyer should have been on from the 60th, if not earlier.

One swallow, summer and all that. Without those five seconds in which he scored we would be back to slagging him off. If we intend to keep him he/we still need to work on his all-round threat in front of goal. Good goal but may have been offside, and who can forget that pathetic running the ball out of play instead of having a shot in the first half. His next performance will be interesting to watch.
