Good result. Have to say Benetke looked like he was mpore up for it. He just isn't very good any more. He had a few decent chances to score... and failed. His stats are an embarssement. I hope Sorloth is fit for our next match.

Great result in a game we needed to win, that was a real banana skin (up north, away in the snow) of a fixture, 0-2 will do wonders for confidence, and great other results fell our way ! COYP !

Nice to be out of the mire and this was a great team performance. I hope Schlupp is not badly crocked but at least we have options now with Cabaye and RLC back. I thought Wilf was pretty quiet but maybe he just kept them occupied enough to let others take the play. I saw at least three over the top tackles from them that took our players on the ankle or top of the foot - two from Mooy and that one from Schindler. Overall though the ref seemed pretty good although on a very fair day he might have given a penalty for the tug on Tekkers.

If only there was a way to check in game that dangerous tackles were being thrown in and reviewed at 1/2 time, with the relivent cards being given .. oh yes there is ... VAR, get it in soon as.
