Nope. As far as I can tell they've not even looked at it again nor set a date to do so.

Steady on! It's only taken the owner 8 years to get to this point, what's the rush?


Mayor of London has to give it the thumbs up, then there's the residents to move before a ton of conditions to meet


then the club can think of tendering for the works themselves


I'll be happy when those houses are gone, that for me will be a big sign its really going to happen

The club have permission to remove the 6 houses in Wooderson Close, nearest to the Main Stand. So that is not only the block of 4 houses, but also the two houses on the end of the terrace, nearest to the fancy gates.

Palace do have to rehouse the residents of 5 of those houses (as they are Council houses), plus build at least 6 replacement 4 bed houses as well (application about to go in to build 9 new homes at the back of the Holmesdale Stand where the low rise buildings are)

I recall they wanted to begin building it in December.

I think you'll find that works are not scheduled to start until the end of this season.

Good question. I would be shocked (and delighted), if any progress has been made with Sainsbury's.

Sorry, I've no idea. I would expect the club to announce anything of significance.

Mods you may wish to merge this will previous topic. I know it was only twitter but my son saw a tweet that suggested Sadiq Khan was not prepared to sign off the redevelopment due to an issue with housing.
Anyone else heard anything? Perhaps it was a weed trying to be funny.
