The club have permission to remove the 6 houses in Wooderson Close, nearest to the Main Stand. So that is not only the block of 4 houses, but also the two houses on the end of the terrace, nearest to the fancy gates. Palace do have to rehouse the residents of 5 of those houses (as they are Council houses), plus build at least 6 replacement 4 bed houses as well (application about to go in to build 9 new homes at the back of the Holmesdale Stand where the low rise buildings are)

I know it was only twitter but my son saw a tweet that suggested Sadiq Khan was not prepared to sign off the redevelopment due to an issue with housing.
