Pardews on record saying that Mandanda has changed the way we play but why bring in a ball playing keeper when our defenders are so uncomfortable with the ball at their feet. Its like a hot potato to them when he rolls it out.

I honestly dont think any of our keepers are prem league standard. Need to get a top quality one in Jan if poss.

This guy was highly sought after before coming to Palace as well as being number 2 in the French team to Lorrice so he has pedigree. Good keepers don't become bad overnight. Don't forget every slip, mistake and cock up gets magnified as he is the last man.

No - not on BBS. More than 1 person is allowed to disagree with you. And do, WH wasn't pretty useless for most of last season. He made a few bad mistakes but also some match-winning saves.

Both are not great, I would give WH the gloves to see if he has sharpened up from last season. Maybe the competition is the kick he needs but I would still see Steve as the 'long term' choice.
