The rugby tackle is far more effective and more likely to be successful in its aim than a conventional tackle and is far less likely to incur a red card, so it will definitely not have gone unnoticed by players and coaches alike. A sad state of affairs indeed.

This is never a red card for denying a goal as Wilf is not moving toward's the goal.
