| Watching Kouyate tonight, I kept having this sense of deja vue, then I realised - he reminded me so much of Eric (Ninja) Young with those long, gangly legs and the way he moves. If he proves as good as Eric did in his day we won't have too much to complain about.

| This game was largely about getting Meyer, Kouyate and Guaita up to speed. Thought Meyer drifted in and out of the game but showed flashes of his quality. It's hard to read too much into it as it's often hard to raise your game against championship U23s (and Tom Carroll). I think he was and will be likely on Saturday much better with better players around him. You can't beat the intensity of a pl match so don't judge the others too harshly either.
