City actually had four players in BBC's team of the week, Sterling was one of them, not for his attacking skills but for tracking back and preventing Wilf who would have been clear through with a AWB style sliding tackle.

If they sit back like they did against us in the first half, Liverpool will destroy them. Very strange tactics from them given our defence today. Comment post match thread from Man City forum. Hope Roy H. not always this negative in his approach when we are up against the better teams.
