Of course not. Parish still has ultimate say so on these matters as he confirmed on the FYP podcast not long ago. Who cares who works with architects to build a new stadium or who sorts out the season ticket prices, I am talking about footballing matters. New stadium will not be much use either if we are in the lower leagues!
