I was for Pardew getting a bit more time - but I accept I was in a dwindling minority. I have never been a fan of Sam Allardyce (seems a bit too much like Venables to me), but if he comes to Palace I will give him the benefit of the doubt and get behind him. If he does as well as Venables first did at Palace I will be a happy man.
