The article talks of a triple buy which would be c£200m. It saddens my soul but we could not resist such an offer. Even worse what manure will do to us if such a deal went through. Hopefully Alex tries to chisel and Doog tells him to do one... Or the story is baseless.

Would he be negotiating the purchase of our players with Freedman as I assumed that was Parish's job. Anyway, Freedman and Ferguson are known to be personal friends as they lived near each other for years until Ferguson moved recently

Would be why would Freedman be seceretly meeting SAF?

My mate worked at a hotel closely associated with Osacr Wilde (geddit). He's a Charlton fan but swears that Alan Pardew was often then and it wasn't women he was chasing. Not sure I believe him but who know. Anyway maybe Dougie and Alex are more than friends.
