So instead we might end up with someone who will just use cpfc as a stepping stone to something else? I'm not sure lampard or j.Terry will be a move in right direction.

Yes, one big reason.
He has an absolutely terrible record in management.
Don't be fooled by his little run with Wales. None of that would have happened without Gareth Bale.
