They may well send them out in blocks, but also, I think, in alphabetical order. Someone I sat with for many years, whose surname began with H, always received his ST at least a week before me, whose name starts with W.

Me too. my surname starts with R, and I sit in the Upper Holmesdale. Are they sending out new cards for selected areas this year, with other areas having new cards in future years? COYP
