Haven't felt this nervous before a game for a long time. We desperately need a result or else it's the beginning of the end. Come on you eagles!!!

Nervous and caring about this game more than I have for a result long time. Celebrated Wickhams goal last week harder than I've celebrated in a long time, the same today I think if we can get a couple and the win. COYP

I'd just like to see a competent, organised and disciplined defensive display. If Pardew hasn't got his s*** together in that department by now he never will.

Far more nervous for the game against Sheff W which really was do or die. Just hope we are not in that position this season. Pards is the one to fret on this one. COYP !!!
