The voting is so ridiculous. People never vote objectively so basically the winner of the vote will always be whichever club has the most "supporters". Another way for the EPL/FA to shift the scales in favour of bigger clubs.

Isn't the 'public' vote only a small part & the main decision made by some panel of so-called experts?

yeah, but I bet the panel will be privy to the fact only 2% voted for Pardew and not want to go against the public vote.
